HW Week of 11/24/14 - The "NO BREAK HW" Challenge

Hello, G-1's.

You have been given a challenge with a HUGE reward.  Unprecedented, in all the years that Mr. T has been teaching.

Here's the deal.

If ALL Global I students hand in their DBQ Essay on Wednesday, Global I will have NO BREAK HW.  

Sounds simple, right?  Read the fine print.

In order for this to count, here's what has to be completed.

1.  The Final Draft - Must be computer printed, or neatly handwritten.  If you're hand writing, it's in your best handwriting.  No white out.  No ripped edges,
2.  Drafts.  EVERYONE must have TWO (2) drafts, that show evidence of revision.  Printing out three copies of your essay will not cut it.
3.  Outline
4.  DBQ Rubric

DBQ short answers are not required.

But what if I'm absent? Email me.  Send it with a friend to school.  Have a younger brother, parent, sibling, etc. drop it off.
When do I have to hand it in? At the start of second period on Wednesday.    It must be in your possession, and ready to be handed in when you walk through the door.

REVISE YOUR FIRST DRAFT, AND COMPLETE YOUR SECOND DRAFT 

FRIDAY NIGHT: 

REVISE YOUR SECOND DRAFT, AND COMPLETE YOUR FINAL DRAFT. Make sure you include the rubric for your essay (see DBQ packeT).   

MONDAY & TUESDAY NIGHT (24/25)
Continue to revise your draft.  The absolute last day for your final draft to be handed in is November 26th.
